About The RoleDevelopment Project Manager - Accommodation National projects, client-side project management. End-to-end project management and delivery of our accommodation development and renewal works. Based in Melbourne or Sydney. As the Development Project Manager - Accommodation, you will deliver and manage the Nightcap brand accommodation renewal program in coordination with our Hotels and Accommodation teams. You will play a key role in expanding Endeavour Group’s current accommodation market position by converting existing accommodation into the Nightcap brand, including reactivating dormant accommodation sites as well as some greenfield developments. What you can expect in this role: (taster) Delivery of the national accommodation renewals program End-to-end project management of accommodation renewals, reactivations and greenfield developments including: Scoping of projects Management of DA process and governance around approvals Management of external consultants Create and maintain project schedules, manage tenders and oversee delivery of works Manage project budgets, builders scope of works documentation and contract administration Review accommodation design and plans, provide feedback on plans to external consultants Ongoing review of builders’ ways of working including scope, timings, materials and on-site costs Now Let’s Talk About You Significant experience in end-to-end delivery of accommodation projects, with exposure to the hospitality/pub environment highly desirable Strong stakeholder management Construction industry experience, including qualifications in Construction or Project Management Experience in managing development applications and building approvals - greenfield developments an advantage Experience in managing architects, interior designers, town planners, and other consultants Experience in Procore desirable This role will require regular interstate travel Benefits An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including ALH pubs Health and wellbeing benefits, including access to services to support physical, mental and financial wellbeing Learning and development opportunities to grow your career Find out more about our range of benefits and discounts At Endeavour, we value being a workplace where everyone’s welcome — if you meet a number of the requirements (and not all), we encourage you to apply.
