The Opportunity CPP is seeking a Contracts Advisor to join our growing in-house team, which already boasts over a dozen experienced Lawyers, Contract Advisors and Contract Administrators. Collaborating with Project Managers, you will work on the largest renewables projects in the industry, providing guidance on key contractual provisions, assisting in managing contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual timeframes and mechanisms. You will lead the preparation and submission of correspondence, notices and claims to CPP's clients. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess : 4+ years of relevant experience, working in either Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project-based environment Experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, able to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Knowledge of design and construction contracts Preferably experience working with an in‑house legal team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to work with various stakeholders High‑level contract administration, negotiation and influencing skills Qualifications in Law, Construction Management, Business Management, or Project Management are highly regarded (not essential) Why Join Us?
