Overview Role: Senior Educator Location: Maryborough QLD 4650, Butchulla Country Centre: Goodstart Maryborough Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week Pay: up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits Responsibilities Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continually improve teaching practices. About Goodstart Maryborough We are a 107 place, dual-centre facility catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We pride ourselves on creating a home away from home environment where everyone feels warm, comfortable, and supported. Our spacious, open play areas allow mixed age groups to interact, fostering relationships, sharing, and caring for one another.
