Overview Logistics Coordinator KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. This position supports the country’s critical national security missions through effective logistics planning and coordination. What You'll Do In the role of Logistics Coordinator, your duties will include: Maintains documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property. Ensures material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes. Conducts weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable. Creates and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly. Requirements Must be a US or Australian Citizen Must possess a US Secret Clearance or AUS PV Clearance Must have a minimum of 5 years of logistics experience on large contract with OCONUS experience Strong organizational and logistical skills Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software Attention to detail: precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards Adaptability: flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements Decision-making ability: strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure Location: Alice Springs.
