When running a shift unsupervised, the Shift Manager is the leader of the restaurant, ensuring that the shift runs smoothly and safely, engaging the crew to deliver great business outcomes.Leads the shift and department in line with McDonald’s Policies and Procedures to serve delicious food.Welcome every customer with a genuine connection and smile, looking for ways to create, role model and foster memorable moments.Use initiative and confidence when interacting with customers and look for ways to say ‘Yes’.
