We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

The role

We are looking for a ADF Relocations Consultant to join our team in Brisbane QLD. The significant focus of this position is related to ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes arranging and completing on site visits to customers' residences to determine the scope of the removal service.

As an ADF Relocations Consultant, you will:

Be on the road, visiting defence clientele in their homes, assessing the scope of their relocation requirements.

Develop strong relationships with Providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.

Have a working knowledge of the contractual documentation relating to RS Providers including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements and Minimum Standards.

Reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations with the relevant Manager.

Ensuring statutory regulations in relation to Compliance and Safety are adhered to by Providers.

Understanding the culture of key clients and ensuring swift response and resolution of any service delivery issues.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current C class drivers license is required

Experience in a similar role within the relocations industry highly desired

Intermediate computer skills (microsoft office)

Excellent customer service skills

Possess initiative, a strong desire to achieve results and a professional work ethic.
