Senior Project Coordinator Salary: $138,631 - $185,518 (Plus Superannuation) Fixed term until 30 June 2027 Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (flexibility may be available) The Role A Senior Project Coordinator is required to support the Investment Coordinator-General Branch. The position reports to the Investment Coordinator-General within the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions. The Senior Project Coordinator has the following accountabilities: Support the Investment Coordinator-General to maintain and oversee a whole of government catalogue of eligible investment projects that are going through Victorian regulatory approvals, including obtaining regular status updates from other government facilitation teams and regulators and collating reports and dashboards. Support the Investment Coordinator-General with regular reporting to Cabinet and/or associated committees on the status of investment projects and to identify streamlining and reform opportunities to assist investment attraction and economic development outcomes in Victoria. Support the Investment Coordinator-General to partner with investment managers, facilitation teams and regulators within DJSIR and across government, via the Priority Projects Working Group, to improve oversight and accountability of the development assessment process and facilitate quicker decision making to secure investments. The Team The position of Senior Project Coordinator forms a part of the Investment Coordinator-General Branch. This position is within the Investment Coordinator-General Branch, within the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions. The Investment Coordinator General is a new role introduced in Victoria's Economic Growth Statement to drive investment and foster economic growth.
