Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights?We’relooking for a Storage Income Analyst to take ownership of financial analysis and reporting for our storage operations, ensuringaccuratetracking, optimisation, and strategic growth. Whatyou’lldo: Analyse financial data tomonitorand maximise storage income across all centres. Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. Develop and manage the annual storage budget aligned with business goals. Optimise storage space utilisation through data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with centre management and national teams on planning, development projects, workflow processes, licence terms, and feasibility studies. Maintain robust internal controls and compliance standards. Whatwe’relooking for: Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong understanding offinancial managementprinciples and compliance. Knowledge of storage operations or similar industries. Advanced analytical skills andproficiencyin financial systems and data tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights that drive performance. Experience professional that holds a Real Estate License certification Why join us?
