ElderCare 4 Families - Caregivers / Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We offer one‑on‑one care for those needing our help. We care for the elderly, helping them with activities of daily living and providing the best in non‑medical home care in the Kentuckiana area. Available shifts: 4‑6 hour day shifts – weekdays or weekends. Compensation Pay: $22,000 – $40,000 per year. We pay weekly on Fridays with direct deposit. Immediate start after one‑day training and orientation. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers. Show reliability by being punctual and consistently covering shifts. Qualifications & Requirements Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test. Pass a drug screening and background check. Experience caring for seniors and/or disabled adults (professionally or personally). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred). Reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Ability to provide minimal client assistance for transfers. Legal authorization to work in the US. Age 18 or older.
