Lead Dentist

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-competent Lead Dentist to support the team at our well-established DB Dental Brighton practice. About the Practice We are a thriving, busy 4 chair practice with a lovely & friendly patient base. Our fantastic Practice Manager has been with DB Dental for over 9 years and we are proud of our loyal and high retention practice team. Staying up to date with the latest digital technology our practice also has an OPG, iTero & intra-oral cameras. About the Role As the Lead Dentist, you’ll motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease. Leading by example, you’ll combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets objectives, and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.
