The Opportunity As the Group Travel Manager , you’ll step into a role where no two days look the same. You’ll design and deliver standout travel programs for conferences, incentives and VIP clients—bringing unforgettable experiences to life from concept to touchdown. This is a chance to own projects end-to-end, collaborate with passionate event specialists and work closely with premium clients who value exceptional service. And when your programs go live, you’ll be there too—travelling across Australia and overseas to ensure everything runs seamlessly while experiencing the very destinations you’ve curated. It’s the ideal blend of autonomy, excitement, responsibility and adventure. Key Responsibilities Manage group and individual travel bookings using Sabre GDS (GDS experience essential; Sabre preferred). Coordinate travel for conferences, incentives and VIP itineraries. Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels and transport partners. Build itineraries and delegate communications using EventsAir. Oversee registration sites, delegate data and travel budgets. Deliver outstanding service both in-office and onsite at events (travel required). About You Hands‑on experience in travel consulting. Strong GDS capability (Sabre preferred). Confident with travel systems and group booking tools. Exceptional customer service and a solutions‑focused mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries. Experience in events or group travel. Exposure to incentive programs, luxury FIT or Virtuoso. Familiarity with airline group processes.
