Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Procreate . We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your work in this role directly contributes to the shape and culture of the company as we scale. The role sits within the Talent Acquisition team and reports to Sara Sharif, Head of HQ. You'll work with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to develop position briefs and oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and briefing with relevant stakeholders. What you’ll do Source world‑class talent: work with the existing team to source and manage candidate pipelines for roles across all departments, focusing on Software Engineers and Product Designers. Develop deep knowledge of Procreate’s tech stack and adopt a personalised candidate approach. Develop genuine and engaging relationships: act as an ambassador for the company, culture and product. Identify candidates’ motivations and objectively communicate fit, providing constructive feedback and building long‑term relationships. Manage all aspects of inbound recruitment: collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and operationalise inbound recruitment strategy and contribute creative ideas to attract the right talent. Required Skills Experience in technical sourcing and competence in the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. Proven success in sourcing and placing software engineers, designers and other technical roles in technology businesses. Communication: leading with empathy, distilling and articulating information, navigating conversations, creating concise job specs and communicating unique selling points to candidates. Objective and inclusive assessment. Inquisitive, curious and mature: love learning about a diverse range of topics, listening intently, understanding motivations and approaching conversations with emotional maturity. Creative problem solving, prioritising and adapting to change: thrive in a fast‑paced, creative and experimental environment and align priorities with commercial objectives. What to expect in the first 6–12 months Complete the Procreate onboarding process and get to know colleagues. Develop a strong understanding of organisational structure, priorities and culture. Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members. Work on open requisitions and familiarise with internal tools, systems and processes. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle.
