We are currently looking for a Senior Treasury and Securitisation Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing the organisation’s funding, liquidity and securitisation activities. In this role, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day cash forecasting, liquidity management, and funding decisions of the business. You will also take ownership of at least one securitisation (Term or Warehouse) under the Driver Australia Asset Backed Securitisation Programme, ensuring smooth execution and ongoing management. The position involves regular engagement with external stakeholders including banks, investors, legal advisors, trust managers, and auditors. You will also work closely with our APAC Treasury Hub in Japan as well as our global Treasury teams in Germany, including the Debt Capital Markets and Securitisation functions. What you’ll do: Supervise and review Treasury and Securitisation process in line with four‑eye principles, ensuring accuracy, controls, and timely delivery. Maintain documentation, support cross‑training and drive continuous improvements, automation and system enhancements. Build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare and analyse daily cash forecasts, manage liquidity, and recommend funding strategies using a range of debt instruments (CP, MTN, ABS, bank loans, intercompany loans). Improve forecasting models by leveraging data, technology and cross‑functional inputs, and explore alternative forecasting solutions. Prepare and present funding plans to management, APAC Treasury and HQ Treasury. Model and report monthly interest rate and liquidity risk positions, and recommend appropriate funding and hedging strategies. Engage with APAC Treasury to execute derivative transactions and support liquidity risk management. Take ownership of at least one securitisation transaction, including modelling, reconciliations, monthly investor reporting, waterfall calculations and issue resolution. Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of securitisation deals (new issuances, term take‑outs, renewals, clean‑up calls and trust wind‑ups). Work closely with HQ ABS Structuring, IT teams and other departments on securitisation models, systems, eligibility rules and contract performance. Participate in investor roadshows, due diligence sessions, credit rating agency presentations and investor calls. Maintain strong relationships with banks and investors, representing the organisation in meetings and preparing investor updates. Provide clear and timely responses to queries from banks, investors, trustees, rating agencies and legal advisers. Support and mentor junior team members, and collaborate with accounting and other finance functions. Lead and contribute to ad‑hoc projects, process improvements and cross‑functional initiatives as required. Key requirements for the role: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Treasury or Securitisation role within a commercial or banking environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving with proactive and accountable approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with proven experience supporting and developing others. Advanced Excel skills including VBA/Macros – AFMA (Financial Markets Core), or willingness to develop these skills. Professional qualifications such as AFMA, FINSIA, CFA, CFTP or CA/CPA (or willing to complete). ASF Securitisation training completed or willingness to undertake. Understanding of ASIC (ASL/ ACL) and APRA regulatory frameworks. Experience with legal financial market documentation. Exposure to the automotive or financial services industry (desirable).
