Service Manager – Landsborough Fun Squad Permanent, Full Time $35.81 - $44.84 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and service size) Step up and lead with purpose. We are looking for a passionate and professional Service Manager to lead our PCYC Fun Squad team, located at Landsborough State School. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced OSHC leader, or lead educator ready to take the next step into leadership, guiding a dedicated team to create safe, fun and inspiring experiences for children every day. Your New Role Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a passionate team to deliver high quality programs in line with the National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. You will : Inspire, mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences. Build strong relationships with families, schools and the community to strengthen engagement and trust. Champion a positive, safe and inclusive service culture that reflects PCYC values. Oversee compliance, planning and performance to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is a genuine leadership position with clear pathways for career growth across PCYC Queensland. About You You are an energetic and collaborative leader who thrives on developing people and making a difference. You will bring : A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent recognised by ACECQA, or Certificate III while working toward your Diploma. A current Blue Card Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain. Strong knowledge of regulations and legislation governing operations. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams within an OSHC or education setting. Completion of one of the following child protection units: CHCPRT025, CHCPRT026, or CHCECE057 is highly desired, however can be provided prior to start. Please note : Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
