Company Description POOM Agency is a Marketing Agency based between Australia and South Korea, delivering brand strategy, project management and execution to Fragrance & Beauty clients. Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in South Korea or Australia (remote). The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing and sales teams by conducting market research, analysing trends, providing customer service assistance, and executing sales and marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include creating social content, and supporting the Director in day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients. Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition, and analyse data to support strategy development. Understanding of Sales and Sales & Marketing concepts to assist in campaign creation and implementation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel + PPT) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Must be fluent in English.
