Deputy Residential Manager

Position Deputy Residential Manager – Registered Nurse with leadership skills (Full‑time). Hours: 9 am – 5:06 pm, Monday to Friday; 76 hrs per fortnight. Location: Mawson Court Residential Aged Care, Caves Beach, Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT). Key Responsibilities Provide a caring environment that enhances the security, welfare and wellbeing of residents through planning and directing the provision of a range of high‑quality personal and clinical care. Contribute positively to teamwork to achieve operational outcomes and promote a positive SCC workplace culture in alignment with SCC Values, Mission and Vision. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective and efficient workflow. Comply with and contribute to Work Health and Safety policies and procedures. Requirements Degree in Nursing or tertiary qualifications in Aged Care. Experience in a relieving leadership/supervisory role. Good interpersonal and written English communication skills. Ability to play an active and positive role as part of our Care Team, providing quality care and support to frail aged people. Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Facilities, and the relevant principles of the Fair Work Act. Benefits Salary Packaging – $15,900.
