With Visy, you’re not just a driver – you’re part of a team where contribution is valued and your career can accelerate. #Logisticsdonedifferently Routes: Running to various locations around Perth WA Locations: Based in Forrestfield Hours: 8-hour shifts and regular OT with allowances and penalties Sign on bonus: Earn $2,500 simply for joining the team What you’ll do: Operation of Single Trailers and Pocket Road Trains Conduct thorough pre‑trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant Ensure timely and efficient pick‑up and delivery of freight, maintaining adherence to schedules. Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation. Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws. Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported. What You Will Bring: A valid HC or MC License with 2 years Australian driving experience. Experience operating Tautliners, Prairie, flatbeds, extendable trailers. Sound knowledge of the Perth metro area. Provide a full 5‑year demerit point history report. Complete Visy Practical Driver Assessment. Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws. BFM Certification – or willingness to obtain. Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment. Part of the pre‑employment process, you’ll be required to successfully complete the Visy Practical Driver Assessment.
