Your new role As an Intermediate and Senior Accountant , you will: Drive outcomes and be responsible for engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion. Be responsible for stakeholder management and engagement. Support our senior team and contribute to strategy development and implementation across the business. Provide guidance, training and counsel to junior colleagues. Work as part of a team and collaborate across our offices. Manage workflow and resource allocation to satisfy multiple stakeholder expectations. Engage with our Directors and Partners to further develop your career and goals. Ideal candidate / Qualifications Business or accounting degree or equivalent. 2+ years’ experience in advisory, restructuring and insolvency (for the senior accountant role). CA / CPA qualified. Assertive communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Sound analytical and report writing skills. High self-awareness, empathy and EQ. Highly motivated with a strong team orientation and leadership qualities.
