About the Role As the Gaming Manager, you’ll support and assist the Management Team in the day‑to‑day operations of the venue, with a strong focus on: Delivering an exceptional customer experience Fostering a positive and high‑performing team culture Managing all aspects of Gaming Room operations — including compliance, promotions, and machine performance Leading and developing your team to achieve great results About You Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential You hold a current RSA and RSG (or are willing to obtain them) You’re passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences You thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and love being hands‑on At Star Group , we value personality and attitude as much as experience — so if you bring energy, initiative, and a customer‑first mindset, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
