About the facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About the role We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Physician to take up temporary sessional hours from February 2026 until late January 2028 (2 years). You will deliver safe, patient and family centred, evidence-based care, including illness prevention and chronic disease management, for Respiratory patients. You will participate in regular ward service and inpatient consults, outpatient clinics and consultant oncall roster. As Barwon Health is a major teaching Hospital, your role will also include the supervision and teaching of junior medical staff.
