There are more than 800 stores around the world, and in 2013, MUJI was introduced to Australia by its parent company – Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd - Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Knox. As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services Efficiently useour point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal Monitor inventory levels, and supervise andassist in restocking shelves as needed Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety,security, and loss prevention This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia. Teamwork, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset are at the forefront of our core values Desired Skills and Experience Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment Leadership experience with an ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback is highly advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks A positive and proactiveattitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries, late night trade, weekends and public holidays Available to work a Sunday to Thursday roster #J-18808-Ljbffr
