Estate Litigation Associate

With over 100 years of service to our clients we continue to grow our specialist practice groups and are now seeking both a Senior Lawyer and a Mid‑Level Lawyer to join our Estate Litigation team. What you’ll be doing Advising and representing clients in a range of estate litigation matters including family provision claims will disputes contested probate application estate and trust disputes Managing your own matters from start to finish with strong support from senior litigators and support staff Collaborating across practice areas including Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation Appearing in the Supreme Court District Court and State Administrative Tribunal as required Building and maintaining client relationships with empathy clarity and strategic thinking What we’re looking for Senior Lawyer (5 years PAE) Demonstrated expertise in estate litigation and dispute resolution Ability to manage complex matters independently A client‑first mindset with the ability to provide tailored advice that empowers informed decision‑making Willingness to mentor and guide junior lawyers Excellent technical analytical and drafting skills with a keen attention to detail Mid‑Level Lawyer (25 years PAE) Experience in estate litigation or a strong litigation background with a desire to specialise Confidence to handle matters with supervision and support Enthusiasm to develop advocacy and technical expertise Proactive and able to work autonomously and as part of a team; Excellent technical analytical and drafting skills with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook with strong typing skills Why HHG Flexibility : Work from any of our five WA offices with flexible hours and work‑from‑home options Support : Strong administrative and paralegal support collaborative team environment modern systems and other AI‑driven tools Development : Clear pathways for growth mentoring from seniors exposure to complex matters and business development opportunities to build your professional network Bonuss : Competitive salary package with performance incentives Other Benefits : 12 weeks paid parental leave Birthday and Special leave referral bonuses relocation assistance parent / carer rooms social clubs free CPDs and more.
