Scope We Celebrate People We’re looking for casual Disability Support Workers to join our cluster of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers. Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments. Thrive in encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation. Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing Some Of Our Requirements We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), active nights (10pm-6am) and SO shifts.
