Efficiently roster and ensure the store runs smoothly and fashionably. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for both team members and customers. What You Will Bring Proven retail management experience with a track record in driving sales and KPIs. Expertise in managing stock levels and minimising stock loss. Experience in managing rosters within budget to ensure productivity. A passion for 1:1 customer service and team coaching. Strong leadership skills to foster team growth and succession planning.
