Western Work Force – Perth Southern Suburbs WA Well-established Materials Handling Company - Perth Southern Suburbs location Permanent, Full-Time hours (Monday - Friday) $70k – $80k + Super Western Work Forceis an Australian owned recruitment company and are a market leader in providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across various industry sectors. Our client is a progressive materials handling company and a Market Leader in their field who now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis. Key duties and responsibilities: Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives Write and post job descriptions on relevant websites Source candidates by using the company database Evaluate and screen resumes Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met Liaise with Stakeholders Attend job fairs and careers events if requested To be considered for this position, you will: Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline Ability to problem solve and multi task Experience working in a materials company is an advantage but not essential What our client will offer you in return: Exciting, challenging and rewarding Permanent position - Monday to Friday.
