About the Role Provide live on‑site and after‑hours emergency contact and assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management is required. Core working hours and duties are performed Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., with after‑hours and weekend occasional responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist with all operational aspects and security associated with the community Provide a high level of customer service to all residents Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources Carry out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residents Ensure the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard General gardening duties; experience with swimming pool management preferred Coordinate and engage external trades and contractors Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a prestigious lifestyle community living environment About You Experience in permanent resident facility management while living on‑site Hands‑on position – physically fit for the demands of the role Exceptional customer service skills Self‑starter, enthusiastic to drive results, capable of working autonomously to operational requirements Our pride in your work and delivering a consistent presentation in a high‑end land lease community Benefits Security of working for an ASX listed organisation Varied and unique role Challenging and rewarding career Application If you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please apply and submit your resume.
