Descripción del empleo Buscamos un Senior Analyst para el departamento de Living, con capacidad para liderar equipos y capacidad de organización para gestionar varios proyectos a la vez. Candidatos que tengan ilusión, compromiso, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, precisión y rigor en el manejo de información. Las principales funciones son la gestión de proyectos, elaboración y supervisión de modelos financieros, análisis estratégicos, presentaciones a cliente, etc. liderando y formando al equipo de trabajo en operaciones corporativas, transacciones de activos en el ámbito residencial (Suelo y Build to rent), y de consultoría estratégica en el sector inmobiliario. Para poder optar al puesto, es imprescindible contar con experiencia profesional de al menos 4 años en consultoría financiera ocorporate finance y banca de inversión en el sector inmobiliario. Requisitos Titulación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, dobles titulaciones. Ingenieros o Arquitectos con MBA y con un sólido expediente académico. Nivel avanzado en herramientas informáticas: Excel, Word y PowerPoint. Inglés: Nivel mínimo C1. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas, cursos especializados. Información adicional Incorporación: Inmediata. Modalidad: Contrato indefinido. Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9:00h a 14:00h y de 15:00h a 19:00h. Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h.
