About the Role As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll work closely with our senior sales team to learn every step of the sales process — from meeting and greeting customers through to vehicle delivery. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and assisting with new vehicle enquiries Learning to conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations Understanding vehicle specifications, features, and finance options Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to handover Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system Assisting with showroom presentation and promotional events Providing outstanding customer service at every touchpoint You’ll be trained in both Isuzu UTE and KGM (SsangYong) product knowledge, digital lead management, and dealership operations — giving you a solid foundation for a successful sales career. About You We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in cars and people. Experience in automotive sales isn’t required — what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. You will bring: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, professional, and approachable manner Confidence when speaking with customers, both in person and on the phone Strong time management and organisational abilities A motivated, proactive attitude with a desire to succeed Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences A current and valid driver’s licence If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality — you already have transferable skills that can help you thrive in this role.
