Key Responsibilities Lead the financial management of bridge projects from inception to completion. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Provide expert advice on contractual matters and support dispute resolution as required. Essential Skills & Experience Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional membership. Proven experience in quantity surveying on bridge projects. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
