This senior role is central to modernising our ICT operating model enhancing service delivery and driving a customer-focused approach across the University. As Director Service Management you'll lead the teams responsible for infrastructure networks, systems and ICT security ensuring our technology environment is robust reliable and future ready. About you You are a proven ICT leader with : Experience in managing large-scale service delivery functions in complex environments A strong understanding of ITIL service management frameworks and digital transformation Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a commitment to collaboration and innovation The ability to align technology services with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes About us We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
