Warehouse/Customer Service/Data Entry Person We are looking for a person to work a flexible shift in our busy Warehouse and Transport Operations department. Warehouse/Customer service/ Data Entry Person Refrigerated Logistics company South Eastern Suburbs with off street parking Fast pace and Challenging environment Be part of the transport logistic industry We are currently recruiting for a highly organized person with warehouse and Customer service experience. Warehouse Order processing for Picking and transport. Stock control management for various warehouses and customers. Customer Service. Pallet Control paperwork. This role requires an individual with strong administration skills who is proactive, adaptable, and able to cope in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Warehouse, Logistics or supply chain experience is highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Type in data provided directly from customers. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to build warehouse documents ready for order picking and transport. Requirements Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touchtyping system is strongly preferred. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.). Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices. Basic understanding of the transport and warehouse industry.
