The key focus of this role is to provide support to our customers and maintenance team by booking inspections and assisting with general maintenance requirements during the pre‑handover, defect and warranty periods. More specifically, you will: Liaise with customers and allocate work to our Serviceman for inspections, maintenance service dates and general maintenance requirements; Manage calendars and process paperwork at the end of each appointment; Produce service requests, purchase orders and inspection reports relating to scope of work; Complete follow‑up calls and emails with customers to ensure completed work satisfaction and provide the customer with their updated inspection report; Follow up on outstanding orders and service requests, requiring outbound calls to our service providers; Assist with general administrative duties, including but not limited to scanning, filing and typing; About You You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: Have previous experience in a team admin or customer support role involving workflow management; Show empathy, communicate with clients and various teams to provide information and updates on maintenance works; Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills; Demonstrate outstanding organisational and planning abilities and the ability to work under pressure; Have knowledge of property maintenance, building & construction processes (preferable but not essential).
