As a direct report to the CEO, you will receive comprehensive support and guidance, fostering your growth trajectory towards assuming the CEO position.
Oversee contractors across ANZ, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and performance standards. Lead sales initiatives, driving new business development and managing existing client relationships across multiple regions.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from site managers to production managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.About YouProven experience in managing diverse teams, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong background in sales management, with a focus on driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Competence in using spreadsheets, invoicing systems, and various business applications to streamline operations.
Ability to oversee manufacturing processes and manage supply chain logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
This role offers an excellent package including fully expensed vehicle. Initially extensive travel is involved to build rapport and train on-site teams, with travel requirements reducing over time.
