About the Role The Finance Partner, AI is accountable for driving financial discipline, transparency, and measurable value realisation for Suncorp’s most material transformation initiatives. What You’ll Do Lead financial model development for major transformation initiatives, initially focussed on reducing the cost of change through delivery and engineering modernisation in the Technology & Operations Function. Design and build robust financial models to clearly quantify costs and benefits, partnering with program and business leadership to ensure joint understanding and accountability for delivery of financial targets. Design and implement robust evidence-based benefit tracking, linking operational metrics such as DORA performance, automation coverage, AI tool adoption, and test efficiency to quantifiable financial outcomes. Implement key financial controls over funding prioritisation / releases, and optimise cost transparency. Membership of Steering Committees as required, effectively influencing for optimal financial outcomes through these forums. Contribute to the uplift of financial management capability across all change at Suncorp, working closely with the wider CFO Operational Transformation and Enterprise Delivery teams to optimise business case modelling, data capture taxonomies, key processes, and governance. What You’ll Bring Advanced financial modelling & investment appraisal skills. Proven experience in finance business partnering. Strong background in financial planning, cost management and reporting. Advanced Business Intelligence expertise, e.g. Power BI development, SQL.
