This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers. As a Guest Experience Host , you’ll be one of the first smiling faces our guests meet. You’ll play a key role in making every stay feel special — from check-in to farewell. You will: Welcome Owners and guests with warmth and genuine hospitality Assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes Be a go-to person for information about the resort, local attractions, and events Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with care and professionalism Engage with guests to generate interest and appointments for our sales teams via livestream sessions Coordinate bookings and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Support the wider team in creating a warm, inviting environment where guests feel at home HOW YOU’LL BE REWARDED Grow your career with a values-driven organisation that’s passionate about supporting its people.
