We’re currently on the lookout for Casual Scaffolders and Leading Hands to join our team as we scale up for a growing pipeline of diverse and expanding projects. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Carry out core scaffolding tasks on sites, including the installation, dismantling, and modification of scaffold. Perform general labour duties such as stacking, lugging, and other forms of labour as required. Adhere to all site-specific safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on safe work practices. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth onsite operations. Complete tasks efficiently and reliably to meet project timelines and deadlines. We’re eager to welcome Qualified Scaffolders of all experience levels to the team and are especially keen to hear from those ready to step up into Leading Hand roles. We’re seeking a motivated and confident Scaffolder with the drive to lead onsite, guide less experienced crew members, and set a high standard for safety and productivity. As a Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on time, to a high standard, and in line with project goals. Requirements: Scaffolding Experience – A solid understanding of key tasks such as basing out, topping out, and board moves (minimum 2 years’ experience preferred). High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding (SB, SI, or SA) – Current and valid licence required. Construction White Card – Must hold a valid Construction Induction card. Reliability – Consistently show up on time, ready to work, and committed to seeing the day through. Resilience – The ability to maintain a steady work pace throughout the day to ensure all tasks are completed as required. Organisation & Time Management – A clear and focused approach to following instructions, staying on task, and contributing to the successful and timely completion of each project. Preferred but Not Required: Driver’s Licence & Vehicle: Having a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, but not essential.
