Staff turnover is very low, with the average staff member being with the company for anywhere from 5 to 10 yearsWhat we need from youThis full-time role will suit someone diploma-qualified or someone working towards their bachelor's degree.
You will ooze passion for working with young children, be dedicated and confident, and have a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.In addition, you will need to have:The completion of an ACECQA-approved Diploma or actively studying towards a Bachelor's Degree in Education (Early Childhood)Solid knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLGSeveral years of experience working in a long daycareAbility to work on a rotating roster (630am-6 pm)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholdersWhat next?Apply today
