The Opportunity: As a Psychologist at ESA, you'll play a crucial role in providing early intervention and therapy services to support children and families in maximising their independence and participation. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need. Providing information, education, and support to clients and families. Developing functional, routine-based goals with clients and families. Providing evidence-based therapy interventions and resources. What You Need to Join: Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA Passion for Making a Difference: Have a passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families. Counselling Skills: Possess the ability to provide counselling and offer knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and parents. Experience: Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments is desirable. Compliance: Ensure compliance with necessary checks and certifications, including AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and possession of a Driver’s License and Vehicle.
