Contracted consistently on many Major Projects, WGTP, NELP, M80, SRL and Level crossing removal projects. About the role Candidates will have extensive experience on most if not all Major Projects, WGTP, NELP, M80, SRL and Level crossing removal projects including holding all required registrations, inductions and tickets necessary. From your White Card, Damstra Card, RIW and EPA certifications and major project inductions and any Plant hire (Lantrak, EPH, Fleet, etc) inductions a bonus. Anything you don’t currently hold you must be willing to complete and obtain prior to engagement. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for: Safe and expert Operation of Truck and Quad dogs and Trailers. Ensuring accurate weights at all times utilising both Truck scales, Calibration and weigh bridge. Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to ensure goods are moved in a timely manner. Perform daily vehicle inspections and prestart. Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws, NHVR and CoR and Fatigue. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed. Maintain accurate daily records of delivery activities and time sheets, and app forms. Maintaining Truck in optimal condition and report any issues or maintenance requirements. Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Completing all necessary tasks on reporting on various Apps. Uploading of photos in a clear and legible format. Hardcopy dockets and Weigh Bridge dockets must be completed accurately and uploaded daily. Readily available for Face-to-Face driver Interviews. Multiple Online inductions must be completed immediately as required. Annual medical is required. Drug & Alcohol testing is mandatory by law and will be conducted randomly. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a HC/MC Driver working on Victorian Major Projects. Project inductions and registration. Plant hire Specific inductions and registrations. White Card. RIW card. EPA Card. Strong driving, manoeuvring in confined spaces, Loading and tipping skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service orientation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. Must be highly proficient navigating Melbourne's traffic. Experience and knowledge to maximise daily loads consistently with accurate weight and time management.
