We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team at Ford North Shore. As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact; you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner. Liaise with the workshop and parts departments. Meet and exceed manufacturers CSI targets. Ensure the customers are given the best possible customer service experience. Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers. Requirements for the role Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department. Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills. Sound automotive technical knowledge. Knowledge of ERA‑Power DMS preferred but not essential. Punctual and reliable. Be able to work in a team environment.
