Buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo un/a Director/a de Marketing que lidere la estrategia integral de la compañía y contribuya a fortalecer nuestra marca en el mercado local e internacional. Responsabilidades Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing de la compañía. Liderar los equipos de marketing, comunicación y branding. Diseñar e implementar planes de lanzamiento y posicionamiento de nuevos proyectos inmobiliarios. Desarrollar estrategias de marketing digital, performance y CRM orientadas a resultados. Coordinar agencias externas y partners estratégicos. Analizar métricas, KPIs y tendencias del mercado para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Contribuir al desarrollo de la imagen institucional y de la presencia internacional de la marca. Requisitos Formación universitaria en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia en posiciones similares. Visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y excelente capacidad de comunicación. Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en CABA y Canning.
