In this influential role, you’ll partner with Principals, school‑based leaders and classroom teachers to drive improvement, strengthen professional learning, and support evidence‑based practice across primary and secondary settings. You’ll bring clarity, cohesion and creativity to system‑wide initiatives — helping our schools deliver meaningful, Christ‑centred education that grows students academically, spiritually and personally. Adventure awaits The Teaching and Learning Senior Officer (TLSO) Reports directly to the Director of School Support and works closely with school Principals and school‑based leaders to ensure cohesion, innovation and alignment of educational initiatives. This role ensures the consistent implementation and ongoing development of key educational frameworks, policies, and processes in alignment with the organisation’s strategic priorities and Christian formational learning approach. From event coordination and communication to executive support and data management, your work will help students flourish and ensure the College continues to serve families with excellence. What we offer (pro‑rate per appointment) Six (6) weeks annual leave + stand‑down. 12% employer super contribution. Long Service Leave pro‑rata after five (5) years of continuous service. Fifteen (15) days per year of personal leave annually. Up to eight (8) weeks paid maternity leave for eligible employees in addition to government. Continued professional development in‑person conferences and online e‑learning. Opportunity to study with the National Institute of Christian Education, paid by NT Christian schools.
