Your practice may include: Inpatient Geriatric Medicine Outpatient clinics Telehealth consultations via Geri-Connect GEM at Home models Comprehensive geriatric assessments Leadership, education, and supervision of junior clinicians This is a genuine opportunity to shape service delivery and drive innovation in geriatric care across a diverse regional population. You will work within the Community & Continuing Care Division , providing programs such as: Aged Care Assessment Community Allied Health and Carer Support Chronic Disease Management and Diabetes Services Outpatient Rehabilitation Geriatric Evaluation & Management (including home-based models) Allied Health Services across 12 disciplines, with strong governance and clinical support Eligibility for registration with AHPRA FRACP (Geriatric Medicine) or overseas equivalent IMGs must hold or be eligible for specialist recognition in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
