Role Overview As a Health & Wellbeing Advisor at Norco you’ll be at the forefront of promoting health and wellbeing, preventing workplace injuries and ensuring effective injury management and return‑to‑work processes for injured workers. This is your chance to make a tangible difference in a supportive and dynamic team. This role would suit someone with an exercise physiology or occupational therapy degree looking to enter occupational rehabilitation / education. Key Responsibilities Injury Management: Lead early intervention and workers compensation processes. Training & Coaching: Empower managers and supervisors in injury reporting and management. Strategic Planning: Drive WHS improvements and compliance with legislation. Research: Work with external research agencies to develop well‑being initiatives. Data Analysis: Review and analyse injury reports to inform strategic decisions. Legislation Updates: Stay ahead of changes in workers compensation and WHS laws. Initiative Development: Plan and implement well‑being and injury management initiatives. External Coordination: Manage pre‑employment medicals, workplace assessments and more. Accident Investigation: Determine causes and corrective actions for workplace incidents. Qualifications & Experience Accreditation: NSW Workover Advanced RTW Coordinator (can be obtained after commencing in the role). Education: Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Health and Rehabilitation. Experience: Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programmes. Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of health and well‑being. Skills: Strong investigative and mentoring abilities.
