Preferred (but not required) Experience in sales, customer service, business ownership, finance, or related fields. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to customer success and community engagement. Training & Licensing Support Assistance in obtaining Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if not already held).
