Admin and AR Officer

Looking for something different to your normal admin role? We have an amazing opportunity to join our office team. The Admin and AR position is the centre of business creating the necessary links between operations and accounts. You will work closely with all members of the team to ensure systems are kept in shape and workflows are adhered to. Key Responsibilities Manage invoicing of all clients (currently using Advanced Business Manager) Manage and work with accounts on Accounts Receivable Manage and work with accounts to ensure that all invoice processes are followed Uploads to portals Work Order and Purchase Orders are updated Systems maintained with insurances etc Reporting: Accurate in’s and out’s reporting monthly Support techs: Scheduling, order materials, job packs, and day-to-day queries Project Admin: Help track progress with National Business Manager Client Liaison: Handle inbound queries, email follow-up, and documentation Compliance: Ensure all safety docs and licences are tracked and up to date General Office Admin: Filing, inbox management and data entry Support Franchisees as required KPIs You'll Be Measured On ABM: Jobs set up correctly, status kept up to date Response time to technician and client queries Job documentation completion rate Reduction in avoidable admin-related rework or call‑backs Tech and director feedback (we’ll check in regularly) Who We're Looking For Previous admin experience in a service based business Proficient with job management systems Organised and self‑starter, able to juggle priorities Good communicator - you can hold your own with clients and tradies alike Process‑driven - you love ticking things off a list and spotting inefficiencies What You Get Supportive team and real autonomy - we back our people Opportunity to shape how we operate as we grow Clear systems and expectations Flexibility for the right candidate Stable, long‑term role with a business that’s going places We are a fast paced and growing business who handle live products so need to have someone who matches this with their work ethic.
