Key Selection Criteria Appropriate tertiary qualifications (VIT registration) Strong curriculum understanding, including the Child Safe Standards Ability to effectively plan and design lessons Commitment to and understanding of a range of assessment tools and techniques Sophisticated knowledge of subject curriculum, study designs and criteria Proven ability to provide feedback to students Solid understanding of data analysis in relation to student progress and teaching effectiveness Commitment to continuous improvement in and out of the classroom Proven ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively Ability to communicate and interact positively and appropriately with all members of the Ballarat Clarendon College community Previous experience working within a team environment with a focus on success and outcomes Proficient user of information technology For further information, please refer to the attached documents for the general classroom teacher position description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
