Speech Pathologist - North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Join to apply for the Speech Pathologist - North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast role at Plena Healthcare Plena Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist, based in Brisbane to join our Queensland team of mobile clinicians, servicing North Brisbane/Sunshine coast. This part time role focuses on dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions for adults living in residential aged care. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced clinician, we offer an engaging, flexible, and supportive environment where your expertise will make a real impact on clients living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke complications, progressive neurological conditions, and age-related decline. What You’ll Be Doing Manage your own calendar of appointments with the flexibility to choose work hours and locations Assess and diagnose swallowing and communication difficulties Deliver in-person and telehealth-based interventions Collaborate with your state-based Speech Pathology Team Leader and a close-knit national team Travel opportunities to support clients in regional locations (optional) Advocate for clients’ communication needs Provide consultation, education, and support to clients, families, and care teams Liaise with support coordinators and colleagues to ensure comprehensive care What You’ll Need Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Membership with Speech Pathology Australia Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport Passion for working with older adults and individuals with complex needs Why Join Plena Healthcare?
