The successful candidate will be supported by a strong facility and regional management team. About You Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (essential) Availability to work across 24/7 rotating roster Minimum of 12 month’s experience as a Personal Care Worker in aged care (preferred) Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients Hold a genuine and true passion for aged care & ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm manner Be committed and work as a team to facilitate activities catering towards the residents well-being Be able to build rapport with residents to maintain professional relationships Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance About Us We are Infinite Care — a residential aged care provider with over 30 years’ experience in providing quality and individualised care to our residents.
