About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers. Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures. Complete quotes onsite, off-site and online as required. Process vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging. Manage parts and suppliers to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness. Assist with production management of the centre where required. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition and hand over completed repairs to customers. About You Proven experience in a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in automotive smash repair. Experience with AudaNet highly desirable. Excellent customer service and building rapport with customers and work providers. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines, problem solve and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Strong commitment to work in a safe manner and be reliable, punctual & hardworking.
